Настоящий приказ вводится в действие со дня его государственной регистрации в Министерстве юстиции Республики Казахстан и распространяется на отношения, возникшие с 1 января 2002 года, за исключением заключительных операций по зачислению в бюджеты официальных трансфертов, осуществляемых в счетный период на 2001 год.
