Enactment:
2. Настоящее постановление вводится в действие с 1 января 2006 года, за исключением абзацев третьего, четвертого, пятого, десятого, одиннадцатого, двенадцатого, восемнадцатого, девятнадцатого, двадцатого пункта 1, которые вводятся в действие с 1 июля 2005 года.
