On approval of the list of imported goods used in agricultural production, as well as imported equipment, raw materials, materials, spare parts, medicines, with the exception of those exempted in compliance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Taxes and Other Obligatory Payments to the Budget" for which the tax value added is paid in the manner established by the Ministry of State Revenue in agreement with the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan; Decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 14, 1997 N 558;
