Настоящее постановление вводится в действие по истечении десяти календарных дней со дня первого официального опубликования, за исключением абзацев одиннадцатого, двадцатого восьмого, тридцать шестого, пятьдесят первого, пятьдесят второго подпункта 1) и абзацев пятого, шестого, седьмого, тринадцатого, двадцать девятого, тридцать восьмого подпункта 2) пункта 1 которые, вводятся в действие с 1 января 2014 года.
