The state registration was canceled by the Conclusion on cancellation of state registration of the legal acts of the Department of Justice of Karaganda Region of October 1, 2004, as not subject to state registration (Article 38 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Regulatory Legal Acts" N 213 of March 24, 1998 ) and contradicting the current legislation (Article 22 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 12.12.1998)
