Enactment:
2. Настоящее постановление вводится в действие с 1 сентября 2009 года, за исключением абзаца пятьдесят пятого приложения 1 и абзацев с двадцать второго по двадцать пятый приложения 2 к настоящему постановлению, которые вводятся в действие с 1 января 2010 года.
