Enactment:
2. Настоящее постановление вводится в действие по истечении четырнадцати дней со дня его государственной регистрации в Министерстве юстиции Республики Казахстан, за исключением абзацев пятого, шестого, седьмого, восьмого, девятого, десятого, одиннадцатого и двенадцатого пункта 1, которые вводятся в действие с 1 января 2010 года.
