Enactment:
2. Настоящее решение вводится в действие по истечении десяти календарных дней после дня его первого официального опубликования, за исключением изменений, вносимых в подпункт 6) пункта 9, главы 7 раздела 2, подпункт 2) пункта 27 вводятся в действие с 1 января 2010 года.
