Enactment:
5. Настоящий приказ вводится в действие по истечении десяти календарных дней после дня его первого официального опубликования, за исключением абзацев восьмого, десятого, одиннадцатого, тринадцатого, семнадцатого, двадцать второго, двадцать шестого, тридцать второго, тридцать пятого, тридцать восьмого, тридцать девятого, пятьдесят третьего, шестидесятого, шестьдесят четвертого, шестьдесят шестого, семидесятого и семьдесят первого пункта 1, которые вводятся в действие с 13 августа 2010 года.
