Настоящее решение вступает в силу со дня государственной регистрации в органах юстиции и вводится в действие по истечении десяти календарных дней после дня его первого официального опубликования, в соответствии с постановлением Правительства Республики Казахстан от 16 октября 2012 года № 1316, подпункт 4) пункта 2 действует до 1 января 2014 года, пункты 3 и 4 правил вводятся в действие с 1 июля 2012 года и действуют до 1 января 2014 года.
