Настоящее постановление вводится в действие по истечении тридцати календарных дней после дня его первого официального опубликования, за исключением абзаца одиннадцатого пункта 1 настоящего постановления, который вводится в действие с 1 июля 2016 года, и абзаца сорок девятого пункта 1 настоящего постановления, который вводится в действие с 1 января 2017 года.
