Enactment:
3. Настоящее решение вводится в действие для сельских округов с численностью населения более двух тысяч человек по истечении десяти календарных дней после дня его первого официального опубликования и распространяется на правоотношения, возникшие с 1 января 2018 года, для сельских округов с численностью населения две тысячи и менее человек вводится в действие с 1 января 2020 года.
