Настоящее решение вступает в силу со дня государственной регистрации в Департаменте юстиции Акмолинской области и вводится в действие для сельских округов Акмол, Кабанбай батыра, Караоткельского, Косшынского, Кояндинского, Красноярского, Максимовского, Нуресильского, Оразакского, Рахымжана Кошкарбаева, Софиевского, Талапкерского с численностью населения более двух тысяч человек со дня официального опубликования, для села Маншук, сельских округов Родина, Приреченского, Тасты, Шалкарского с численностью населения две тысячи и менее человек с 1 января 2020 года.
