Настоящий приказ вводится в действие со дня его подписания, за исключением: подпункта 14) пункта 15 Главы 2 Положения, который вводится в действие с 11 апреля 2019 года в соответствии с законом Республики Казахстан от 5 октября 2018 года «О внесении изменений и дополнений в некоторые законодательные акты Республики Казахстан по вопросам обеспечения единства измерений и стандартизации».
